Ms. Barker is an Associate Broker with a very strong and diverse background of almost 20 years work in Real Estate Development and Property/Facilities Management. 

Employed by David Gaunt Development as the Property/Office Manager for over eight years, she was in charge of overseeing every aspect of the business; from contractor bids, to addressing tenant complaints, and conducting Board Meetings. When Mr. Gaunt sold off most of his portfolio in 2003, Arlene Waye , his CFO and a licensed Real Estate Broker, opened Awaye Realty and brought Ann Marie with her.

Ann Marie has worked as a top Sales Agent at Awaye Realty from its inception.
